Antalis has acquired UK-based packaging solutions provider The Packaging Company (Midlands) Limited.
Established in 1994, The Packaging Company has annual revenue of £3.2 million and a team of 24 staff. It is known for delivering bespoke, high-quality packaging solutions across various industries, according to a press release.
France-based Antalis – owned by Japanese firm KPP – said the transaction was a strategic move that “significantly enhances its packaging capabilities and broadens its product offering” in the UK market.
