BOSS has confirmed the keynote speaker for its upcoming Leaders of the Future (LOTF) Spring Conference, with Rob Hosking set to headline the event in London next month.
The conference will take place on 12 May at The Business Design Centre, running alongside the London Stationery Show. Aimed at emerging leaders in the business supplies industry, the one-day event is designed to provide practical guidance for those stepping into more senior roles.
This year’s theme – ‘Managing People and Understanding Finance’ – focuses on two core areas of development, offering attendees the opportunity to step back from day-to-day responsibilities and build skills to support longer-term career progression.
Hosking, an international TEDx speaker and former frontline police officer, will deliver a keynote session titled ‘Leading Under Pressure: Building Trust, Resilience and High-Performing Teams’. Drawing on his experience in high-pressure environments, he will outline strategies for leading teams through challenging situations and driving performance.
The session will explore topics including building trust, fostering resilience and improving communication, as well as the importance of creating psychologically safe workplaces where individuals and teams can perform effectively. Practical insights on handling change and leading with confidence are also expected to form part of the presentation.
