The BOSS Federation’s Leaders of the Future (LOTF) is accepting applications for individuals seeking to join its committee and help shape development initiatives for emerging professionals across the business supplies channel.
LOTF brings together younger and next-generation employees from across the sector’s stakeholders – including dealers, wholesalers, manufacturers and service providers – with the aim of supporting career progression and strengthening the industry’s future talent base.
Its activities include organising two in-person conferences each year and running the recently launched NextGen Mentoring programme.
The trade association said it is now looking to recruit additional committee members in order to expand its network and drive further initiatives designed to attract and retain talent within the sector.
Applicants are required to submit a short video (maximum three minutes) outlining who they are, why they wish to join and what they would contribute to the community. A reference from their manager must also be included.
