Business Supplies Group (BSG) has acquired Quills Group.
The deal takes BSG to 13 offices nationwide and more than 200 employees and forms part of its plan to build a stronger, more resilient business. For Quills’ customers, the move brings immediate access to BSG’s infrastructure, specialist expertise and in-house capabilities across managed print, digital and lithographic print, branded clothing, PPE, merchandise and nationwide fulfilment.
Commenting on the acquisition, BSG CFO Richard Whittal said: “Quills is a strong fit for BSG and an important step in our growth strategy. We are delighted to welcome the Quills team and build on the customer relationships they have developed over many years.”
Quills joins BSG following a strong period of trading and recent recognition at the BOSS Awards 2025.
