UK and Ireland distributor CTS Wholesale has been boosted by a new agreement with printer brand Pantum.
The two businesses have been working together since 2021, when CTS began distributing a limited range of A4 printers and MFP devices made by the Ninestar-owned brand.
Now, a new, exclusive arrangement sees CTS offering the full range of Pantum A4 and A3 models to dealers in the UK and Irish markets. The wholesaler will provide full reseller support, including marketing, showroom stock, sales training and a comprehensive service and warranty programme. This will be underpinned by a network of trained engineers and backed by UK stock of all Pantum OEM consumables and parts stored at CTS’s warehouse.
Guy Gash, Head of Sales and Marketing for CTS’s MPS division, told Workplace360 the development now enabled the wholesaler to supply machines to photocopier dealers with service engineer training also carried out by CTS. He added that the new agreement, which also includes sales incentives as well as dealer and rebate programmes, had already generated strong interest from the reseller channel.
