It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of UK and European business products legend Graham Cundick.
Graham – who started his office products career in 1982 – was the very first Viking employee in Europe in 1990. He then went on to establish the US mail order firm as a leading player in the UK and several major European markets. Following Viking’s acquisition by Office Depot in 1998, Graham stayed for a further eight years in a senior marketing role.
After leaving Depot, he continued his successful career as a Director and co-owner at Virtualstock and also served as Chairman of UK dealer group Advantia for seven years.
Graham was recognised by his peers for his achievements. In 2003 – aged just 43 – he was presented with the Industry Achievement trophy at OPI’s European Office Products Awards and in 2009 was named Outstanding Achiever at the annual BOSS Federation awards.
