Email marketing solution InControl Marketing (ICM) has announced “significant” investment into its platform to “allow resellers to maximise marketing opportunities”.
New functionality will include the option of creating dynamic mailing lists to be more targeted to customers and assist relevant marketing materials to be better utilised. Other functionality includes triggered automated email campaigns, allowing resellers to create customer life cycle campaigns, from prospects to lapsed customers.
Additionally, ICM has brought on former EVO exec Helen Colton – who joined Product Promotion Services earlier this month – as Head of Business Development to “drive traction for the reseller and manufacturer community”.
