The organiser of German stationery trade show Insights-X has pulled the plug on the event.
Nuremberg’s Spielwarenmesse said it was with a “heavy heart” that it had decided to discontinue Insights-X after almost ten years. However, it confirmed the show had not been performing from a commercial perspective although “many key brands” had already registered for this year’s event that had been scheduled for October.
Insights-X was established in 2015 at the behest of three writing instruments manufacturers based in the Nuremberg region: Faber-Castell, Stabilo and Staedtler.
