BOSS has announced Angie McQuillin as the keynote speaker for the upcoming Leaders of the Future (LOTF) Conference, set for 28 November at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham.
With several years’ experience as a Confidence and Career Success Coach, McQuillin specialises in helping ambitious leaders to build conviction and overcome self-doubt. She brings a background in psychology, MBTI certification, and a client roster that includes companies such as Walt Disney, EasyJet, KPMG, Barclays and Amazon.
This year’s conference theme, ‘Solving the Puzzle for Individual Growth: Instilling Confidence, Managing Self-Doubt and Imposter Syndrome’, aligns with McQuillin’s focus on personal and professional development. During her keynote session, she will share practical tools and techniques to help attendees confidently steer their careers. Afterwards, McQuillin will lead an interactive workshop where participants can apply these tools first hand as they work to overcome imposter syndrome.
In addition to McQuillin, other confirmed speakers at the conference include Frances Stephen of BOSS Charity, Adrian Butler, Managing Director at VOW Wholesale, and Gordon Christiansen, Partner at Highlands.
Registration for the LOTF Conference is now open. With spaces expected to fill quickly, attendees are encouraged to book their tickets soon.
