Rapid Racking is “joining forces” with another company in the Manutan group, Netherlands-based Kruizinga.
Kruizinga, a leading supplier of storage and handling equipment in the Netherlands, was acquired by Manutan in 2019. Its product range dovetails with Rapid Racking’s shelving solutions in the industrial and MRO space.
France-based Manutan – which purchased school and educational equipment supplier Findel last year – didn’t specify what ‘joining forces’ actually meant, but said the move would enable it to:
- Combine expertise to offer carefully selected products that deliver on quality, performance and sustainability.
- Streamline processes to deliver solutions tailored to business needs.
- Broaden the range and offer even more choice across digital platforms.
Manutan described the development as “a new milestone that reflects our commitment to helping our customers perform better, across all of Europe”.
