Simon Blackburn has been named Sales Director at performance improvement organisation Sales Perfect.
Blackburn has been an Associate Director at the company since 2025. Managing Director Gary Naphtali said the new role was “a very important appointment for Sales Perfect as we focus on the next phase of our plans for the business”.
He added: “We have several important client-supporting sales growth initiatives being worked on and Simon’s appointment significantly strengthens our leadership team to help support and drive this. His experience and knowledge of all things sales development will be invaluable to us and, more importantly, Sales Perfect’s current and future clients.”
Blackburn has enjoyed a successful 30-year career, including spells with Kingfield and XMA. He set up Growth Maestro in 2023 after 19 years as Commercial Director and Chief Revenue Officer for award-winning online learning specialists Growth Engineering.
