OT Group’s OfficeTeam was recently named as the supplier on a ‘total business solutions’ contract developed by Pretium Frameworks.
Pretium – part of procurement consultancy and services group Echelon – is a purchasing organisation that awards frameworks which are compliant with Public Contracts Regulations 2015. According to its website, it currently has 11 frameworks. These include Total Business Solutions, which was set up in partnership with contracting agency District Homes CIC.
Pretium describes this framework as follows:
Streamlining the ordering and delivery of a range of business supplies and services, it is designed to maximise value and offer timesaving solutions, as well as promoting corporate sustainability, by using a single supplier, with less [sic] deliveries.
With a full range of products and services consolidated into one supply contract, it includes everything from workplace essentials, such as stationery, facilities supplies, print and furniture, through to hybrid mail, managed print services, digitisation solutions, electronic records management, secure data destruction and tail management. Support is also available for remote working solutions, and home offices.
Framework users will have access to an extensive range that encompasses hundreds of thousands of products, from more than 10,000 suppliers, all of which are regularly benchmarked against the market, to ensure competitive pricing.
OT Group’s Director of Public Sector, Amanda McKitty, said she was “delighted to retain the contract”, adding: “Our team is committed to delivering the highest level of service to all authorised users of the framework. We look forward to working closely with Pretium and District Homes CIC to achieve the framework’s goals.”
