OT Group’s Office Depot UK & Ireland has announced a strategic alliance with Office Depot France.
Office Depot is now the go-to-market name for OT Group’s B2B offering following the recent decision to retire the OfficeTeam and ZenOffice brands. In France, the Office Depot name was kept alive by several members of the Alkor network after Office Depot France was placed into administration in 2021.
Under the terms of the agreement, the two Office Depot businesses will now service international customers within each other’s regions. The companies will also collaborate – along with other partners – on the sourcing of Office Depot branded products.
Stuart Derbyshire, Chief Sales Officer at Office Depot UK & Ireland, said France is a key region for international business. “The French team is highly experienced in this offering and I have no doubt, jointly, we will be able to offer both new and existing customers a powerful solution,” he stated.
