Prima Software has been recognised as one of the top workplaces within the UK.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awarded Prima the accolade for its “commitment to employee engagement, inclusivity and community involvement”.
The judging panel consisted of behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties who monitored employee engagement, well-being and discretionary effort within the workplace.
To be considered for the list, employees were surveyed in a series of categories. Prima achieved a rating of 97% in several, including reward and recognition, information sharing and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, it scored 98% in the well-being section.
