Independent dealer Quills Group has completed the acquisition of Colemans Office Supplies.
The deal, finalised on 1 March, marks Quills’ latest purchase following two acquisitions in 2025 as the company continues to expand its footprint in the UK dealer market.
Colemans’ team will relocate to Quills’ Shipston-on-Stour office, with Mark Dale joining the enlarged business as Regional Director. Dale said it was important to find a partner whose values aligned with Colemans as owner Steve Coleman steps away from the business, adding that the move provides long-term stability for customers and staff.
Quills Group CEO Andy Efstathiou described the acquisition as another step in strengthening the group’s reach and capability, enabling it to offer customers a broader service proposition.
Customers of Colemans will continue to be supported by their existing contacts, with Quills stating that ordering processes will remain unchanged. Through the wider group, clients will also gain access to additional services, including catering and events, design and print, facilities maintenance, PPE and workwear, promotional products, and recycling and waste management.
