Multichannel operator OT Group has made a series of promotions and appointments over the past month.
Most recently, Martin Weedall has been named COO. Having spent 30 years at EVO Group, Weedall joined OT Group in 2022 as Group Operations Director. In early November, it was announced he would fill the new position of COO with a focus on ensuring the journey from customer integration to ordering and delivery and after sales care is “seamless”.
Former Group Sales Director UK & Ireland Stuart Derbyshire has recently stepped into the role of Chief Sales Officer, meanwhile. Derbyshire will develop strategic growth in print, MPS, furniture and the Endless Aisle proposition.
In October, Michael Harrison was appointed CFO. With a history in the banking sector, including roles at Bupa Global & UK and Lloyds Banking Group, Harrison has brought extensive experience to the position and will guide OT Group’s financial trajectory.
OT Group CEO Andrew Jones commented on the staff changes: “The introduction of a new ERP system was phase one in our journey to achieving best-in-class service levels. As we enter phase two, we are making some structural changes to enable us to focus on growth.”
